Refund Policy

At Myrtle Beach Private Rentals (“we”, “us”, “our”, “MBPR”), we are dedicated to providing excellent services and accommodations for our guests (“you”, “your”, “renter”). The following policy outlines our stance on refunds:

1. No Refunds: Unless otherwise specified in a specific rental agreement, all payments made to MBPR are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, down payments, service fees, and full payment for rentals.

2. Cancellations: Regardless of circumstances, we do not provide refunds for cancellations. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in travel plans, illness, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with the property. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Early Departure: No refunds will be given for early departures or for unused days of the rental term.

4. Changes to Booking: Any changes to a booking after payment has been made may incur additional fees. No refunds will be issued for changes that result in a lower rental rate or shorter stay.

5. Maintenance Issues: While we strive to maintain all properties in excellent condition, occasionally maintenance issues may occur. No refunds or compensation will be given for any maintenance issues, including, but not limited to, power and water outages, appliance malfunctions, or other issues beyond our control.

6. Evictions: Renters who violate the terms of the rental agreement or our terms of service, including but not limited to causing disturbances or damaging property, may be evicted without a refund.
