This agreement is between you, the renter (“you”, “your”, “renter”) and Myrtle Beach Private Rentals (“we”, “us”, “our”, “MBPR”). By using our services and renting property from us, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

1. Age Requirements: You represent and warrant that you are at least 25 years old. Renters under the age of 25 are not permitted to rent from us under any circumstances. We reserve the right to verify the age of all renters.

2. Rental Agreement: By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in the rental agreement form that will be provided separately. This form will include additional specific terms regarding your rental, such as the length of stay, rental rate, cancellation policy, and other important details. Please review this agreement carefully before finalizing your booking.

3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to the rental property, including but not limited to noise restrictions and occupancy limits.

4. Conduct: You agree to use the rental property in a manner that respects the rights and tranquility of others in the vicinity. Any disturbances caused by you or your guests may result in eviction without a refund.

5. Liability: We assume no liability for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

6. Damages: You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay. This includes damage to the physical property, furnishings, or other property belongings.

7. Changes to the Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time, and such changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
